We are North East of Scotland leading outdoor fitness provider. Now operating in locations across the area, we offer the best way to get fit and lose weight, whilst having great fun with other people!

Our Military Style Fitness Classes are the first and only original Military Fitness Classes in the area. There are other similar companies that say they are but sometimes just take your money and you don't get the correct training and information so you don't achieve results.

Designed by former members of the Armed Forces with recognised fitness training qualifications and adapting functional training methods they will help to motivate and encourage you to get back into fitness!

 

 Fitness Classes 

Our military style fitness classes take place outdoors in locations throughout the area. Each class lasts for an hour and our Military Style Fitness Classes cater for all levels of ability from those returning to exercise who want to lose weight, to the already very fit. . Our instructors motivate you, and above all make it fun!

You can attend any class at any location at any time, to suit you.

Fitness Classes can be designed for clubs and people please contact us for information.

 Monthly Fitness Assessment

Fitness Assessments are a series of exercises against the clock based on the Army Fitness Test, which we have adapted to suit our membership. It is voluntary, but is used as a way of monitoring your progress whilst training with Storm Leisure Military Fitness.

Assessments are held every month at each venue, normally in the last week of the month and will be confirmed by your class instructors.

The Assessment is a great workout in itself and consists of a series of basic exercises designed to test strength and stamina:

* A timed 1000 metre run (best effort)
* Maximum repetitions over a 2min period for each of: Sit ups, Press ups. Burpees and Tricep Dips.

PLEASE ATTEND 15min BEFORE CLASS!!!! You can attend a FREE trial class on any day.
